This Privacy Policy explains how Clustra Tech Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with ASMR Task Simulator (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store for Android devices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

The App currently does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to play. We collect no personal information from you directly.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Even without active accounts, the App operates within the Android ecosystem. As a result, certain anonymous, non-personal technical data may be collected automatically by platform services:

• Device identifiers: Anonymous identifiers generated by the Android operating system or Google Play Services (such as the Android Advertising ID), which do not identify you personally.
• Usage and diagnostic data: Crash reports, app performance metrics, and basic usage statistics collected by Google Play Services or the Godot Engine runtime to help maintain stability.
• Device information: General device type, operating system version, and screen resolution, used solely for compatibility purposes.

All such data is anonymous and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you as an individual.

2.3 No Sensitive Information

We do not collect, process, or store any sensitive personal data, including but not limited to: precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access, financial information, health data, or data from children under 13.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Play Services

The App is distributed via the Google Play Store and uses standard Google Play Services. Google may collect certain technical and usage data subject to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Godot Engine

The App is built using the open-source Godot Engine. The engine itself does not independently collect personal data. Any data handling occurs through the Android platform layer and is governed by Google's policies.

3.3 Future Advertising (Google AdMob)

We plan to integrate Google AdMob in a future version of the App. When enabled, AdMob may collect and use the following to serve ads:

• The Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable, anonymous identifier
• Approximate IP-based location (country or region level)
• Device make, model, and OS version
• App interaction data (e.g., which screens you visit)

This data is processed by Google in accordance with their policies. You can review and adjust your ad personalization settings at any time via your Android device's Settings under Google → Ads, or by visiting adssettings.google.com. You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time.

We will update this Privacy Policy and provide in-app notice before advertising is activated.

3.4 No Other Third Parties

We do not currently integrate any analytics SDKs, social media SDKs, or other third-party services beyond those described above.

4. How We Use Information

Any anonymous technical data processed in connection with the App is used solely for the following purposes:

• Maintaining and improving the App's stability and performance
• Diagnosing crashes and fixing technical issues
• Ensuring compatibility across Android devices
• Delivering advertisements (when activated in a future update)

We do not use any data for profiling, behavioural tracking, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal obligation: If required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Clustra Tech Private Limited, our users, or the public.
• Platform services: As described in Section 3, certain data flows through Google Play Services per Google's own terms.

6. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal information directly, we hold no personal data to retain or delete. Any anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data processed through Google Play Services is retained per Google's data retention policies, over which we have no direct control.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information at all, there is no special risk to children's data from our end.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data. Since we do not collect personal data from you directly, most of these rights relate to data held by Google. Your key options include:

We take reasonable precautions to protect any information associated with the App. As the App collects no personal data on our servers, the attack surface is minimal. Any future server-side features will be designed with security as a priority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly when new features (such as advertising) are introduced. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
